5Wellness Puppy Food seems to have quality ingredients  Mar 21, 2007

I have been feeding this to my puppy. I am happy and comfortable about the ingredients that she is eating. They are 'human quality' according to the label and they seem to be all either real food or vitamins. I like the fact that she is getting real chicken, salmon, fruits, vegetables and healthy grains without the fillers and by-products.

My shetland sheepdog puppy loves this brand of puppy food! He likes it, and I like because it's good for him. This brand has been known to cause loose stools. Every puppy/dog is different, but you should be warned beforehand. That problem aside, this is an excellent product!

I would highly recommend this to those who keep their pups indoors. My two chihuahuas love it and poop less. They like its taste and I like the fact that it doesn't smell rotten like some big brands do.

I just recently got a Boxer puppy and did some research about dog foods prior to committing to a particular brand. I found alot of positive results for Wellness so I gave it a try. Well, when I took my Boxer to the Vet and the Vet asked what I was feeding him, I told her and she immediately stated she knew it was not a "typical" dog food. His coat alone is beautiful, plus he is becoming a well developed adult very quickly. While Wellness is a little higher in price, my puppy absolutely loves all the foods. Dry, wet, treats!!!
