5Cardinals and Titmice love it!  Feb 21, 2012
By Emma
This is a great feeder!!! I am using it in conjunction with a clear Mandarin Squirrel Away Baffle in a young oak tree, using a mixture of black-oil sunflower and safflower seeds. The first day it was hung, it received vitrually no traffic, likely in part to the dramatic increase in size from the feeder there previously. That being said, it is now the absolute favorite feeder for my flocks of titmice, and gets almost as much traffic from my cardinals! This really is a large feeder, which I love since I don't have to fill it every few days; however, the size may be an issue for some people. It's a little industrial, but doesn't look at all out of place with my leaf-shaped glazed birdbath. Flanking it in the same tree I have a Bird's Choice 1 Quart Stainless Steel Peanut & Oil Sunflower Feeder with Add-a-tray attachment, also purchased on Amazon and holding shelled peanuts and sunflower seeds; the combination looks great together as the steel and green in both feeders complement each other very well.
