I own two of these for summer and winter, they fit well and look good. They are built well and are comfortable to wear.

This is the 2nd Troxel helmet I have purchased and I am very pleased with the product. It's easily adjustable for little heads (like my 4 yr old grandson) and my neice (who is older).
I really like this helmet.

I ordered this helmet for myself. It was $10 cheaper than the Troxel helmets I bought my kids. When it arrived I was soooooo disappointed, as I do like Troxel helmets. It was too big, with no way to adjust the fit. I also noticed the visor was coming off on one side and it looked like it was put there with double sided tape. The back of the helmet looked and felt like styrofoam with no protective layer over it (you cannot see this in the photos). The main helmet buckled when I applied FINGERTIP force. For your own safety spend the extra money on a good helmet. I did not feel that this helmet was at all safe to use (maybe ok to ride a bike, but NOT a horse). I promptly returned this helmet and spent the extra money on a different Troxel helmet. Read the reviews on these, if there are none search the internet for reviews. I was sure that a Troxel helmet regardless of the price would be excellent. Not true, as they make junk as well as good helmets.

I fell from a 17 hand horse coming over a jump and banged my head hard on a wooden coop only weeks after buying my Troxel sport helmet. I was fine and I was so thankful for the protection! Don't let the lightweight materials and Styrofoam-like interior fool you -- value for money this helmet is the BEST.
I am adult rider with a small head and this fits perfectly. I favor this style because I don't like the clunky interior of the dial-fit system and similar mechanisms; I would much prefer to buy a helmet that actually fits. And it's not expensive, which is bonus if you have a run of falls like I did and end up having to replace it multiple times a year (ALWAYS replace your helmet after a fall!)
It's super lightweight, is the right size for any standard helmet cover, and even the visor provides great protection (as I discovered later in the summer when I face planted off the aforementioned horse). It has ample vents for riding in the summer heat. Helmet covers also mean you can switch it out to coordinate with your outfit and tack.

My daughter loves this helmet! Fit is perfect, I had never purchased a helmet online before and was a little nervous about how it would fit. I think the price is perfect for the quality. The item shipped out immediately and arrived before Christmas. Thank you for a good, detailed product description. I would definately recommend this helmet and this seller.
