The coat is soft, warm, and the collar on it is really cute. It also has a good, secure strap to keep the coat on the dog comfortably. But the information about the coat said it "is for Boxers, Chows, Dalmations and similar sized dogs." No way! Luckily we have a two dogs, and although I bought this one for the larger dog it turns out that it does fit our smaller Blue Heeler/ Beagle mix.

My 16-pound french bulldog can be hard to fit (girth 19"; neck 13", length 15"), but this coat works great because of the adjustable velcro belt and collar. She has the medium which is a little long for her length-wise, but I just scrunch up the excess material above the belt a bit. The coat is made of thick fleece and is pretty nice quality. She looks so cute in it - we've already gotten compliments!

This dog coat fits my 18-pound Cairn Terrier perfectly. He doesn't really like it but it stays tight on him and keeps him warm.

Purchased this for my 6 pound Papillon. It's adorable. The fabric isn't what it appears to be. I thought it would be more "woolen" like, but it's not. It's BETTER! It's a very, very soft material, more like a favorite blankie material and he loves this coat. He doesn't really like anything placed on him and this was no exception - until I got it on. Then he pranced around thinking he was too sexy for his coat! HA!
When I took it off, he wanted me to put it back on. Weird! It's got to be the material.

I ordered the medium for my Scotty and it's a perfect fit. The velcro band fits just behind his shoulders so there's no chance of soiling the coat. It's a nice soft fleece material and a very striking navy blue and red plaid. It took some time for my dog to get used to wearing the coat, but as I keep him trimmed, he needed some extra warmth for our cold winter expeditions. This was shipped promptly as promised and I'm very satisfied with a well-made product.
