Bar none, this is the best food for goldfish. It is also excellent for characins and for saltwater fish that need a degree of vegetable intake, such as surgeon fish.

I bought this primarily to feed my Black Shark, he's about 13" or so and i really wanted to increase his vegetable component as aquarium Sharks (and i guess Minnows in general) need vegetable part of their diet. Usually he hates to eat lettuce etc. But he loves these flakes and i think its an excellent way for any fish to get vegetables as part of their diet.
