5Good and Economical Turtle Food  Apr 07, 2008
By ' Groovin' guy "music historian"
Watch Video Here: http://www.amazon.com/review/R3OHNXIW4BU55Q This food has kept my turtles happy since they were babies.

They love it and they are well nourished.

I also want to thank Ray Haberson of South Carolina for his continuance and loyalty to the preservation of the diamondback terrapins.

5Great food for a small turtle  Jun 26, 2010
By Robert Alan Koeneke "Kyle Brandile"
My daugther brought home a new pet turtle that she had found injured and was nursing to health. After looking up nutrition needs for this critter I discovered she had not bee feeding it the right food. It only took a few days to get the little guy to get the idea and eat this food. Now its a little pig - it eats this stuff as fast as I feed it.

You want to drop a few pellets directly into the turtles water. Don't add many, 2 or 3 until the turtle gets the idea and starts eating them. Once he is eating you should feed him enough to fill him but leave no extra floating to pollute the water. If the turtle has not eaten the pellets in 30 minutes you have added to many.

So whatever this is made of, our little friend loves it. A single container of this will last us months.

my guy eats it without any fuss. it does not cloud the water. if your res is into eating pellets this is a good choice. item shipped much before the scheduled delivery date. CHEERS.

The best food out there for the cheapest price. My turtles love this and is soft enough for them to eat unlike the Zoo Meds Food. Really Recommend it! Im very pleased! :D

5Great Deal!  Jan 20, 2012

I payed twice this price for a container half this size at a local pet store. Just make sure your turtle is old enough or big enough to eat these sticks. They make a size that is more for baby turtles.
