Nice looking, but poor performance Nov 11, 2008

While these lights work well and look nice, the light they produce is very dim. You'd need several of these to achieve the same level of light that a single unit of another type of fixture/bulb combo would produce.
They do work well as sort of fishy nightlights though.
I don't recommend these for a primary lighting source.
