We got 2 new puppies last year and went through every clean-up solution there is (okay, maybe not every single one, but it seems pretty close to it!). This was the absolute best one we found. Stains that no other spray could get out of the carpet came up extremely easily with Xtract. It sometimes leaves a white residue behind on carpet, which and may look like you just bleached your carpet, but it soon goes away (along with whatever stain was there!). My neighbor also swears by Xtract now too. We lent her our bottle after she couldn't get a stain out that was left by her sick dog. She brought the bottle back and immediately ordered some. I can't recommend Xtract enough. Everyone with a puppy learning to be house-trained should keep a bottle close at hand.
