I've purchased Petrodex before and will buy no other. My dogs love it. They think it's a treat to get their teeth brushed. I'll buy it again when I run out, which wil be in a couple of months or so. I buy it 4 or 5 tubes at a time.

I have used this toothpaste for years. It comes in several flavors and and dogs like all of them. Petrodex is a little more expensive than some other dog toothpastes, but it is well worth the price. It does a very good job of keeping dogs' teeth clean and, used daily for a week or two, will even loosen and remove existing (I guess it's) tartar from the teeth. Just put it on a soft, child's sized toothbrush. There's no need to get the inside of the mouth, just brush the outsides of the teeth. When you are done, the dog will lick the paste off his teeth and do the inside of the mouth for you!
