2not so good  Aug 09, 2009
By Texas Rose "dianne"
I am amending my review now that I have used it a few times. This stroller would not fit a 20lb dog! My dog is 10lb and barely fits! The wheels constantly get stuck now that I have used it a few times - haven't used it that many times as it is in our vacation home. On the plus side, she can see out of all the mesh windows. Pet Gear has a much better Stroller (more money but worth it) with three wheels (get the one where the wheel in the front moves - you can also lock in place for jogging)

5If YOU need exercise this stroller is just the ticket to get you moving and motivated!  Aug 18, 2009
By D. Fowler "Dragonfly77"
If you have been sitting too long with your lap dog and are a tad overweight, this pet stroller will be just the ticket to get you moving and motivated. In some areas it is difficult to walk a small dog because every now and then they fall prey to larger, unleashed dogs. The second day I had Liam dog out in this stroller we did meet up with one. He was securely zippered in and very safe and not vulnerable to attack.

The assembly was very easy, but it was a bit difficult to put the cotter pin in because the axle is black. I bent the pin out ever so slightly and used needle nose pliers to hold it when inserting it in the tiny axle hole. The stroller is very light weight and on uneven surfaces it has a tendency to rock back and forth a tad, but this doesn't bother me. The inside surface of the stroller is firm and quite slick and the first time I took Liam out he was nervous and braced himself. The second time I put a lightweight sweater inside and now he can easily sit, stand or lie down. Of course when he wants to bark he stands up nicely, yells up a storm and doesn't fall over. The small compartment underneath is perfect for carrying things like a water bottle.

Everyone in the neighborhood thinks this stroller is hilarious and I've gotten more laughs, but I personally think this is the best thing since sliced bread. Liam can now safely get out of the house for long periods of time. He LOVES this stroller and when I ask him if he wants to go for a walk he gets very excited. The only thing is that I got a pink one, but he'll never know the difference!

1Too flimsy, product needs to be revamped to be worth $90!!  Aug 19, 2010
By Formerly Scarlet
I really love to walk and/or, on occasion, rollerblade with my dog--and even with the new puppy. Between the two of them, their weight equals just 13 lbs. So, I thought this stroller would be perfect! Sometimes when I take them out, they tire much quicker than I do, but I really don't want to stop exercising just because they are done. I thought this would be the PERFECT solution!! (In the past, if I am far away from home, it's a nightmare. What to do? Try to carry them and kill myself or stay put til they are ready to go again... Either way, ugh!)

I probably would've shopped around more if I had thought about it. This was really an impulse buy, but I read over the box and I really didn't expect to have any issues with it. (Didn't buy it here--in the store, folks--boo hoo!)

Unfortunately, as another reviewer stated, the wheels lock up far too easily! Even at a brisk WALKING pace, seriously! They start to lock up and begin to rattle and jerk about. You really cannot continue on. You have to stop and try to 'right' yourself before you can go any further.

At several points on my first trip, the stroller started to lock and the wheels immediately started to veer off course. It could've been really scary, honestly, had I been going ANY faster than I was. I am really thinking at this point it is too dangerous to continue to use the product, which makes me really sad and even upset! I was so looking forward to it being the solution to my exercise needs!

It's as if the way the wheels were made, they cannot withstand any sort of serious pace. Because the front sets of double wheels turn in circles so easily, they don't seem effective at all, sadly. If I tried to jog or rollerblade, it could be seriously dangerous to my pets! Or, even to me! I cannot even imagine the kind of damage that could be done if I was going along at up to say 5 MPH and the wheels locked! Not to mention, if there is any debris on the roadway, such as twigs or leaves that are all over the park this time of year. It's enough to be seriously BAD with such a pet stroller!

(And, I find this strange, because the only warning on the box is regarding aggressive pets. It cautions against using the stroller to contain aggressive pets that may try to chew or claw or struggle to get out. This warning is in THREE LANGUAGES! But, nothing about the wheels locking up and being a potential safety hazard!)

This stroller might work for a little old lady with a tiny cat or a little girl with a stuffed animal pet! Though my dogs fit ok, there is very little room for them to move around. I actually feel guilty stuffing them both inside this thing and zipping them in. I prefer to have one of them walking with me while the other rests in the stroller, so they trade off. It's really not practical for even these two little guys, at 13 lbs! As another reviewer said, I cannot imagine a 20 lb pet being comfortable in this stroller.

Sure, it's adorable and it even looks fairly well put together. The box makes it seem higher quality than it is, however. It talks about having front shock absorbers and a rear brake. However, it doesn't say anywhere on the box about it's intended use by the owner for anything....walking OR jogging or more. I suppose that should've been a red flag?? I'm SO disappointed!

I've sent my issues to the company--they said to return it to the store. If I wish, I can get something higher on their product line. Yeah, don't think so--this was the only stroller at the store and it is no longer carrier there. Big surprise. Not with this experience. **I told them I would like to either get a wheel upgrade if they have one (better wheels could potentially solve this issue) OR if that isn't possible, then I would like the option of trading up for the jogging model or something better suited to the REAL everyday use of a pet stroller. There are better strollers from other companies, and possibly even this same company, that do what I want. This company's jogging model MIGHT work?? I was just looking at it online, looks like it's much better design-wise for anyone looking to exercise with their pet. (Of course, the jogging model sells for DOUBLE what this stroller costs!)

All in all, this is really ineffective product for anyone with an animal above 10 lbs to fit comfortably, and for an owner who plans to do anything but walk very slowly. Pretty sad, for $90! Sorry folks, don't waste your money on this one...

Instead, I would get the one meant for jogging and for use on a wide-range of surfaces: Pet Gear AT3 All-Terrain Pet Stroller for cats and dogs up to 60-pounds, Blue Sky

1Very unhappy  Apr 26, 2011
By Charlie
I just got your pet stroller and threw the box away, so I can't send the stroller back and I don't have an address. The wheels are hard to turn, it's very hard to fold up and it doesn't lay flat when the dog is in it. He only weighs 4 lbs. and he slides to the front. I'm so sorry I bought it.It's 4 inches lower in the front ,than in the back. Very cheaply made.

5My Cat LOVES this  Aug 07, 2009
By Cat lover
My cat absolutely loves this stroller. He even sleeps in it when we don't put it away. We take him out in it often and he enjoys it very much.

My only complaint would be that the front wheels fall off easily when you are on rough terrain, but regardless, this is perfect for taking your indoor cat out for a stroll.
