Designed to sit on top of the aquarium frame, perfect-a-lite-full hoods accommodate aquariums from multiple mfrs. The front access panel runs the entire length of the hood for daily maintenance and feeding. Textured surfaces won t show fingerprints.

  • 30" x 12" x 3" high. Fits 20 long and 29 gallon tanks.

  • Fixture has a 90 day warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

  • This hood has an aluminum radiator that allows ballast to operate cooler andincreases life of the unit. The replaceable plastic backstrip can be easilycut to accommodate heaters and filters. The safe-glass shield protectselectrical parts from moisture and prevents corrosion. Comes with one 24" (T-8) 1" diameter lamp.

I received this as a gift, what a great item, not only is this high quality, it has a removable plastic strip, a full front opening, and a see through where the light sits. It matched the design and color of my tank perfectly, and for the price it was more than 50 percent less than at the local pet stores. I would highly recommend this if you need a hood, and the light is perfect.
