Great product. Jun 01, 2008
By Louise L. Duckworth We have ordered this item several times now. Miss Kitty loves it. She, however, tears them up in short order. We'll keep ordering as long as she enjoys them.

Refills better than original Apr 14, 2008
By Cathryn M. Canelas When you buy the panic mouse the "mouse" included dangles by a string which my cats demolished right away because I have a couple that chew on string. I was relucatant to get the refills becuase the original had lasted such a short time. However, I broke down and got the refills and was happy to discover that instead of string they use wire to dangle the "mice" on the refills. That is much more durable and makes for longer lasting fun.

Mouse love Aug 06, 2009

"The House of No"
My #2 cat enjoys the Panic Mouse toy, mostly, but she especially enjoys the fluffy black "mouse." She grabs the fluffball with her sharp little teeth, and either pulls the motor unit down, or yanks the wand off the unit entirely. She plays with the mouse by itself, while the string and wand fly around her. She runs in and out of the house, that wand flying behind.
The photograph makes it look like the three mice are all on the same wand. I am happy to know that they detach easily, so I can have one, two, or all three mice on the wand. The wire is shorter than the string on the original toy. It doesn't matter.
BTW, the wand is driven by the motor unit by way of two plastic gears. One of the gears in the unit I have has two broken teeth (#2 cat is rough and tough!). The wand rotates for a while then gets stuck in one spot. Am I going to buy another Panic Mouse because of two broken plastic teeth? Hmmm.
My #1 cat has no interest in Panic Mouse.

Good product Apr 18, 2009
By LMac My cats enjoy the Panic Mouse, but they get pretty rough with it, so it's nice to have replacement wands. I recommend this product.
