This bandana comes without instructions so I am not even sure I knew what to do with it, but it seems pretty useless. I soaked it in water but it still didn't seem to be cooling to my dog. Her cool pad is way more helpful and she loves it, spends most of her time lying on the rubber or plastic pad. Doesn't seem that comfortable to look at, but it's obviously great if you're a dog. But the bandana, not so much.
