I have been using this salt for a couple of years. We got a "deal" on another brand of salt and bought 2 buckets. The two months we used that salt the tank declined. A week after switching back our corals are growing again, and seem to open more. This is great salt!!!

I purchased this salt when looking for the best quantity/price available online. I usually use Instant Ocean, but figured I would give this a shot. It works as expected.

Excellent salt for a saltwater reef aquarium and you can't beat the price. It dissolves almost instantly and has some of the best levels of minerals for the reef inhabitants on the market. My pH is a consistent 8.0 and I've never had any nitrate or algae problems since using it.
