I have ordered this product on several occasions and each time they have leaked so much so that the bottles were practically empty. The packaging and/or the bottle needs to be redesigned. It was very frustrating because the product itself works but it is difficult to have it shipped so you can use it!!!

This works. I watched my very stressed out cat who was about to be taken to the vet for a psychiatric evaluation literally unfurl and relax for the first time in I don't know how long. This was my Vet's recommendation to try first and it does work. It really does!

 Calms Cats, Packaging OK May 28, 2008

This product was recommended by our vet and works great. We recently moved to a new home and our cats were out of control. (It was their first move.) The first night, they didn't sleep a wink and neither did we. We went to the store and bought one of these. The cats were much calmer and didn't yowl, scratch, or wake us up all night. So, we bought another one for another room on Amazon. Regarding the packaging: I didn't notice any problems with the diffuser. However, it should have been more protected. It did arrive at our home in great condition. But, I would be concerned about ordering another.

Great product, but not for all situations Dec 02, 2008

Using this diffuser is a great idea. It is recommended in every cat behavior book I have read for everything from cat aggression to litter box problems. Since I have been using the diffuser, there has been a slight difference in the aggression issues between two of my cats (I have four). But the real issue in my house is that the main kitty culprit was not raised around its mother so does not understand proper cat etiquette. I was hoping the pheronomes would help calm the situation, but there are still cat fights resulting from her bad manners. But I still would recommend trying it. I am pleased with the results of this diffuser. My cat was urinating on every blanket in the house. She no longer has this problem since I've had it plugged in.
