Great fun for the dog Dec 03, 2005
By justanothershopper It is a great toy. Our Sheltie could catch a ball in the air when he was only 10 weeks old and is ball crazy. This ball was one of his favorites. However, dogs will gnarl and chew and if a Sheltie can chew it into tiny pieces I would hate to see what our Golden Retreiver could do. We bought it in different sizes so going up to the larger size did not stop it from being in pieces in a week's time. The construction just didn't stand up to the teeth.

My dog loved this toy for about half an hour and then one of the twisted connections came loose, then another. PRetty soon I had to take it away from her :-(

Its fun and all......BUT...... Dec 24, 2005
By J. Kennedy I am a recently instant step-dad to a 6 y/o rottweiler and thought I'd get her some fun new toys. This Nobbly Wobbly looked cute. Opened the box yesterday morning, and she was sooooo excited to play with the ball....BBBBBUUUUUTTTTTTTT.....DON'T BOTHER!!!! This ball lasted not even 24 hours, before it was torn apart. Kind of bummed I didn't read the customer review before hand. Sorry Charlie...we'll find you a new toy.

Anything BUT indestructible: Will be in pieces in minutes if your pet chews on it much Oct 17, 2007
By Julie K. Smithson Looks great, but is easily destroyed within minutes by a smart dog. Not recommended at all.

Bailey LOVES it Dec 21, 2008

I have an 11 month old Golden Retriever. He's a fussy dog and doesn't like dog toys AT ALL! He chews absolutely EVERYTHING!!!! I got him this toy at our local Rite Aid and Bailey adores his ball. This is his focus toy which is GREAT for a training Search and Rescue dog. He loves this ball and begs us to play fetch and hide it for him. We've had our ball for 2 months and it's still completely intact. Love this toy!
