This is the second piece of Molly and Friends cat furniture the management has purchased for me, and once again I give Molly and Friends an unopposable thumbs-up. Their products are solid, built to last, and the carpet is really tacked down tight; even I can't pluck it off with my 348 2" razor claws (OK, so I exaggerated by a claw or two...who's counting?) Yo, management! Hit the blinds, I wanna watch squirrels.

First I bought a similar condo at a local pet store and my cats were tearing apart the small strip of carpet on the inside (rest of barrel was uncarpeted) and it was falling apart within a month. I am so happy with this Molly and Friends condo. Carpeted thruout the outside and inside, sturdy, great neutral color, great size and my kitties love it. Ordered a second one. Also have a really large Molly & Friends cat house. All well made.
Update: We have a few of this same model in our house. Ordered another this past week and it was poorly made. The top and middle level didn't connect to the base frame and staples were showing. Asked for an exchange and got it the next day. That was worse. The middle level shelf had open staples all along one side. I actually cut myself. When they stapled, they didn't staple into the shelf. Dangerous for cats to say the least!! Returned for a refund. These last 2 with problems were taller than the previous ones I ordered.
This is really a cute model for cats to play on. BUT carefully check for workmanship and loose staples especially around the shelf level and on top.
Aug Update: Ordered another and it was fine. I do love the new larger size and it seems much sturdier. My Kitties play in these Molly condos everyday.

I have a home with 7 cats and they LOVE this cat condo! It is so solid and is made so well made - real quality. Several cats are on it at once and it is solid as a rock. It is solid and will last a lifetime. Get one, your cats will love it. Mine love it so much I just ordered another one.

I bought this taking the chance that my new kittens wouldn't like it. Fortunately, the opposite is true. They sleep in it and play in it each day. It was a great purchase. I'm sure they will continue to love it as they grow older.

This product is well made and very sturdy, so is good for active cats jumping around and climbing. It will not be tipped over easily and the carpeting covers the interior as well as the exterior. HOWEVER, there is no way to know from the picture or written description that there is no built-in floor in the lower level so one must either put the condo in a carpeted area or insert a pillow for comfortable napping. I also would have been interested to know in advance that there is an access from the bottom level to the middle level and again up to the top. I have large cats and having a section of the top and middle level cut away definitely restricts the area for lounging in comfort. One would surmise from the picture that the condo is comprised of 2 completely enclosed
and independent chambers with a solid top for lying down, but it is not designed that way. Good product, but I'm slightly disappointed.
