This light is wonderful. I have it on my 111 gallon reef aquarium and the difference is amazing. It has 3 power cords one for each different stage of lighting for a full day/night cycle. it also has an easily removed clear cover over the bulbs for easy cleaning and access for replacing the bulbs. This light is very quiet and the dual fans dissipate the heat extremely well. Also comes with adjustable mounting stands up to the length of the light. This is a must have for anyone on a budget yet wanting a great light for their tank.

This is my second Coralife Light with the Lunar Lights. It is the best light available for the money. It is not overly bright but does a great job with your reef keeping corals and animals heathy. The lunar lights are great at night and look very cool. My first one lasted over 5 years before the salt took its toll on it and some corrosion messed up my connections. Not a bad life span for a couple of hundred bucks. Unless you are a die hard top of the line aquarist, this is a great starter light for your tank. You will not be disappointed.
 Led light addition was a waste Jan 30, 2009

I purchased this light in December. It came fast and was packaged well. At first I was very pleased, however I started to notice my Led lights were not as bright as I originally thought. Then they would begin to flicker occasionally. I thought it might be my imagination. Well it wasn't. I have had the light for about 90 days now and the Led lights don't even work. If I flip them off and then on they will come on and then flicker dimmer and dimmer until sometimes almost immediately they just shut off. Otherwise they only operate at about 15% of their original brightness. Initially when I flick them on they are bright for about 1 seconds.
I would recommend not buying this model and going with the cheaper light (same just doesn't include the led lights). I wish I had gone that route and purchased a separate LED setup.
Great Light for a Great Price Apr 12, 2007

I've priced these type of lights all over. Amazon has them the cheapest. Delivery was outstanding and the item was received without damage. My tank is a fish only with live rock. No corals.
The lunar lights are beautiful at night.
I recommend these to anyone.
