 This dog food stopped her messy stools. Jul 01, 2010

I've been feeding my English Bulldog puppy this food for about a week and a half. I was at wit's end with her Royal Canin Medium puppy food. It gave her the messiest stools! At first, I attributed the messiness to a dog supplement I had given her called Nupro. I stopped the Nupro, but she still had them. I then discovered Life's Abundance online and decided to give it a try. I first mixed it slowly with the RC but after I ran out of RC, I began with LA only. Immediately, her stools became solid and even after introducing Nupro back into her diet, her stools are completely back to normal. I ordered directly off the website and even tried some sample treats and bought 4 cans of wet dog food. I was completely impressed with the quality of the wet food as well. Big chunks of meat with visible veggies like peas and carrots. Amazing! I'm so glad I found this dog food and will be sticking to it from now on.

I am very pleased with this dog food and my two dogs love it too! I wanted to find a dog food that was all natural and did not use all of the fillers and animal bi-products that other dog foods use. After doing a lot of research it is very scary to see what is used in most dog foods and how unregulated they are. It is a big eye opener and I am very glad to see a product like Life's Abundance that is made with such high quality ingredients.
The only downside is it is very expensive. It does even out a little because you do not have to use as much food per feedings as you do with the commercial brand dog foods. If it wasn't for the price on top of the shipping each time I would give it 5 stars. Aside from the price, it is comforting as a pet owner to know that I am giving them better quality foods and a healthier lifestyle.

It is very hard for me to review dog food. My dogs will eat anything so the fact they gobble it down means little. I can say the smell of the food seems good compared to other dry food. I bought it for the ingredients and based on other reviews. I will continue to purchase it because it seems to be the right thing to do for my dogs.

Our trainer recommended this dog food for our 5 month old puppy who was not eating anything and having problems with whatever he did eat! He eats this food so I'm thinking he must like it. It doesn't make him sick, which is a plus! He eats the entire bowl twice a day! I'm considering getting the wet food and getting the cat food also! I ordered this from amazon the first time and was in desperate need for speed. It didn't happen. I needed it in two days and it took longer. Not longer than they commit to, just longer than I had in my situation. It isn't on amazon prime and isn't part of the subscribe and save which, quite frankly, is a pain for us. They also ignored my email questions of whether they were going to add to either. I found it rude actually. Not a big deal to say no, we aren't. I would have set up immediately on their site. My suggestion - if you are in a hurry and in dire straits like we were - go directly to the website. I'm going to have to set up on their site for regular delivery because feeding the pup is more important that our policy of how we shop online. I have to say, that issue is annoying. I also have to say - it's a really good quality product for your pet and I recommend it even with the annoyance factor.

This is an excellent dog food. My 3 dogs love it...LOVE it and it is good for them. I highly recommend it for dogs with allergies. I put small scoops of canned organic dog food with their dinner portion, but they usually dont wait for me to open the can before they eat the dry food. Delicious
