I have an Xlarge dog with too much energy. Dog whisperer said to put a pack on your dog during walks that you can add water bottles to; the dog has to focus and concentrate as well as carry added weight. The pack fits perfectly and it is so convenient when we go walking, biking, hiking; he carries our water, his dish and my cell! I no longer have to pre-plan clothes with pockets or carry a pack of my own. He was 7yrs old when we got it and he is just fine with using it! The pack is about 2 years old and still in great condition. I recommend it to anyone with a dog that needs to focus a bit more during walks. Even just having the pack on them makes them more aware that it is `work' time and not `play' time.

I really like this backpack, it has big pockets for my Chocolate Labs various things like waterbowl, water, treats, poop bags etc. And when he wears this he is like a completely different dog. I live in Hawaii and local pet stores are selling this for twice the amount I paid for it here on Amazon. I will say this...the sizing chart needs a little updating. My dog is 75 lbs and this is a little big on him, I think medium would have been better but it still works, we just have to tighten it to it's smallest size. The green looks really nice and I really like the reflective material on it as well.

We have a Newfoundland. She needs to exercise with a backpack. Great pack. Worth every cent. Better than we seen in any stores. Great price. Very happy

My husky is pretty finnicky but he actually tolerates this!
I've read some reviews complaining that the straps were too long.. this wasn't a problem for us. And if they were too long, I'd just have cut them off. Not that hard to figure out. Overall it fits great and has never fallen off.

THis product is great it comfortable for the dog, easy to use, easy to disconnect, etc. But my dog just couldn't get the hang of walking with something on her back. BUt i would still reccomend becasue it is has nice padding where the buckles are so it doesn't rub the dog and is easy to use.
My only compaint is that she rubbed up against a wall and the fabric tore right through, so the bags are a little thin. BUt other than that pretty good product i think.
