Furry frenzy with fake mouse favorite Aug 30, 2008
By Sylvia Sue Scott
"Cat lover"
I have always lived with cats. I currently share my home with 8 rescued kitties who went happily nutzo over these mice. I do not like the "tea bag catnip" bags that come with it as they are nearly odorless. But get some more pungent catnip from your local pet store and start laughing at the kitty contortions. I have found them all over the house as well as in the backyard. Louie, my 2yr old Himalayan boy, growls and prances when he carries his mouse around, as if daring his pals to intervene. Mr. Fuzzywicke, the stretch limo black cat is very operatic over his mouse and throws it up in the air for the sheer joy it seems to bring him. Lucy, a shy girl, becomes a lioness. I have bought so many toys that the cats ignored...this was not one of them.

Cute Mice May 22, 2008
By these pretzels r making me thirsty If your cats like to play with toy mice, they should love these. They are soft and bigger than the small furry mice, more of a realistic mouse size I guess you would say. And they have a velcro opening in their back so you can put some catnip in there if you want to. But with or without the catnip, my cat likes to play with these. He carries them in his mouth just like it was a real mouse. I think they would be alot of fun for any cat who likes to play with toy mice.

Maybe my cat has a short attention span Oct 27, 2008
By Lindy I've had these for about a month now and the cat has lost interest in these mice, but they were so cheap I'm not too worried. When they first arrived he had a great time with them, he bit them, licked them and boxed them with his hind legs. It was very amusing to watch him try and kill them. They are still intact, so I suppose they are of good quality.
Two for two Mar 11, 2011
By Geomancer Got these for our two cats to play with, neither of whom we have ever given catnip to before.
Well, they both get seals of approval from the cats. They played with them for awhile at first, and now it's tapered off a bit but they still play with them which is more than I can say with any of their other toys.
These come with a small bottle of catnip which has enough to fill each mouse two times each. They are sealed closed by simple velcro. They each have a rather long tag on the underside which I recommend cutting off. It dosen't interfere with anything, but is just glaringly obvious.
Careful: After you cats play with it for awhile it can be quite soggy (from their mouth) if you try and pick it up... You've been warned!
Good, but lost interest Mar 01, 2010

I bought these for myself and gifts. The total number of cats involved was 5. Three of the cats loved these toys right out of the package. Two of the cats had no interest. Over time, the cats did lose interest in the product. I like the product and think it did its job, its just a bit expensive for what it is.
