My three parakeets love this tub, but not for baths. Since it is not covered it easily got messy no matter where I put it. They; however, love it as a salad bar. I chop up lettuce and veggies and fruit and they all get around it and eat. It's very cute either way, very sturdy and easy to clean. Nothing cheap about it. I only wish for more color choices, although it is bright. I am very happy with it and my birds love it.

I tried a bath that hung outside the cage and they liked that, but I'd have water dripping on my desk quite often, plus it took up too much room on the outside of the cage. This little tub is darling and my ten little finches love it. I'll watch and 3 or 4 will try and bath at the same time, it's so funny and cute. Water does soak the paper underneath the cage (the paper that's lining the cage), but that's OK because the wet paper helps me clean out the tray when I clean it each day. Most of the time I'll fill this little tub up twice a day and each time the water will all be used up.

Oh, this bathtub is cute. But it doesn't look cute filled with bird poop when your bird thinks of it as a decorative toilet and not necessarily a bath. I suppose it serves a purpose...
