5Great product, but...  Dec 17, 2008
By stefyarnsalot "Stefanie"
Don't get me wrong, this is an awesome leather conditioner, cleaner, etc. It doesn't take a lot of it to clean boots or a saddle, plus it almost acts as a repellent, so it doesn't need to be used often. But you will get it cheaper at your local tack shop, so I recommend it, but buy it local.

3Potent stuff  Aug 22, 2009
By Herman R. Haese "Hazymix"
Be sure not to use it on mat finish leather that has a dry look. It changed the color of my Doc Martin shoes to a darker, almost 'wet' look: so be careful to check the effect on a small piece first!!

1NOT TO BE USED ON NEW BATES saddles  Jun 17, 2009
By Julie Seraphin
I used this on my new Bates saddle and it made the dye bleed terribly. I tried it multiple times and it never stopped! The supplier tried it along with other products on different tests spots on a different Bates saddle and got the same results from this product but had no problem with other creams. Must be some weird ingredient reacting with this particular tanning process.
