1Such disappointment after such a long wait - not as pictured  Oct 15, 2010
By Marianne Stone "Lala"
The picture of this cat dish really sold me. It appears to be an adorable, hand painted dish with pastel stripes around the inside, and the crowned cat seemed to look so much like our prissy little Beulah, I just had to have it (because our other cat can't be the only one with a dish painted with a cat that looks like him!).

I ordered this dish in mid-June. After many delivery date changes (for some reason the dish kept not being available) I was notified that my dish would finally be delivered today, Oct. 14. Imagine my disappointment to find that, not only was the the dish not hand painted, but instead of the sweet pastel stripes, there was dark teal glaze, not nice at all. The cream-colored cat was actually yellow, and the black rim was chipped. Needless to say, I'm returning the dish. I think that in the time I waited for this to arrive, I could have enrolled in a pottery class and made one like the one pictured.

What really gets me is - they're still showing the old picture.

5Great Cat Dishes  Feb 09, 2010
By Robert N. Cole
Great looking cat dishes with a high quality finish. They look great, actually better than expected. It took our cat a couple of weeks to become accustomed to looking at another cat through his water, but he's fine with them now and uses them regularly. Couldn't ask for more.
