This raincoat is a little disappointing. i was expecting a simple velcro strap that could allow me to easily put on and remove the raincoat. Though it is a velcro strap, you must feed the strap through a plastic hole and then secure the velcro. What a pain! I can't imagine doing this 3-4 times a day to let my dog relieve herself. I would not buy this product again.
