I ordered this product from Amazon and was very pleased with my purchase! Firstrax makes great products including this NoztoNoz pet carrier. I used it to transport my 10 lb Maltese from Hawaii to California. It met the airline requirements and my dog traveled comfortably in the cargo section of the plane (he was not allowed to travel in the cabin of the plane, and this carrier would have been too big to fit under the seat in front).
I like that the gate is black (not silver) so if/when it starts to rust, it won't show as easily! The top part comes off easily too, so it's easy to clean. It's a great size carrier for a small dog.

We actually bought this carrier because one of our cats was terrified of his carrier, so I researched what to do, and the first thing was to get a carrier that was top loading. After working with him for weeks on end by setting him in and letting him jump out immediately, and also just by keeping the carrier in the living room with the front door open at all times so he could go in and out as he pleased, (plus several other things), we were finally able to take a trip to the Vet without a total meltdown.
We liked this one so much that we bought another one, since we have more than one cat and found that having a top loader made it so much easier to extract the cats when they don't want to come out, like when they are at the Vet! One of our cats weighs 16 lbs, and he still fits quite comforably in this carrier.
My only issue is that I sometimes have a problem getting the front door to latch into place.

I purchased this carrier for my 12+ lb cat. Due to a recent illness he has to make several trips to the Veterinarian per month. The product was easy to assemble and is solidly built. The carrier has two openings. Both the top and the front doors open two ways and can be removed all together. The good: the top opening is easy to use and makes taking your pet out or putting your pet in to the carrier very easy (which is less stressful for you and your pet). The bad: the front steel door will not stay connected to the carrier when you open it. I would recommend using the top door exclusively. Overall - a good product that could be improved with a little tweaking.

The dog crate was in the condition listed, and was shipped fast! I had to return it because it was too small and I didn't check my measurements, but that's my own issue, not the product

I purchased this carrier/kennel for my 10 lb. Siamese/Tabby mix cat, who has outgrown her original carrier. It was delivered in perfect condition and was easy to assemble. The feature of having the door open both ways is really nice. It works very easily. I also like being able to open the top panel. It opens two ways, also. Sometimes it is difficult to get a cat out of a carrier at the vet. She tends to go all the way to the back and won't come out on her own. Now we can just open the top and get her easily! This will make a trip to the vet much more pleasant. This carrier seems to be very well made. It has another nice feature: There are plastic clips that attach to the sides to help keep the side sliding, locking tabs from accidentally sliding open. A great idea! I am very happy with this purchase. I also got the gray Midwest Quiet Time 22" x 13" Pet Bed to go in it. It is a great combo!
