Rec'd item non-functional. Engineer husband had to take apart and noticed that it was not assembled correctly. Metal part where battery touches was put in upside down. Next issue-dog steps on it (she figured it out right away-"Press the paw") and it either does not work or worse--gets stuck in the on position so meowing or barking goes non-stop until you press several times to "un-stick" it. So it is now useless. Great idea--bad design. I would love it if it worked.

I purchased this doorbell for my 1 1/2 old English Setter and it took me FOUR times to show her how it worked. She caught on so fast and uses it all the time. I have one by both doors to the backyard and one outside to come in. Everyone who comes over thinks this is so cute. This is the best purchase I made in a long time.

This is the worst product ever. I would have rated it as a "0" if i could. We purchased this product and it would not work corretly out of the box. We sent it back and received another. This time there was a seperate issue. Returned and recieved another, and behold, we were right back to the original product. This is junk and i would not waste my money on it.
