Unraveled Feb 15, 2011

Firstly, the smallest size is way small- not the company's fault, but I thought I'd mention it for future buyers. My small-med breed dog is 12 pounds and it was a little teeny for her. Second, she got the knot out in about 5 minutes. So it went from box to dog to trash in less than 10 minutes. Not really worth the money. This is not a toy for any dog that is remotely smart, or is a chewer. Its too smooth, so the knots unfold easily. Your dog will figure it out in 5 minutes.

we have a 20 week 2.4 lb male yorkie who absolutely LOVES this toy. the only problem is he was able to unravel the rope in less than a week. so how do i give this a fair review? well, he obviously loves the toy but sadly it is not very durable.

I bought this so I could have a toy the day I brought my new Boxer puppy home. I knew it would be small, and she would destroy it, but didn't want to get her anything larger since I didn't know how big she would be. The day we got her she was about 30 lbs, and looked so silly carrying this tiny rope around, but she loved it. It took her weeks to finally destroy it, she mostly carried it around like a security blanket everywhere she went (now her toys are 3-4 times this size and never last weeks, more like days!). A good toy if you know your pup won't tear it to shreds when they are little.

Disappointed - Love it but... Aug 12, 2010
By Concerned Consumer We adopted an eight week old basset hound and she loves this toy, it is to say easily one of her favorites. However, we have only had her for three days (yes days) and she plays with it every chance she gets and today the rubber ring slid off right into her mouth locking her jaw open. We were able to get the ring out without any complications but one end came unknotted and the whole thing started falling apart. I don't think I would recommend this product except to maybe a closely watched toy breed.
