Even if your dog sizes up to all their standards, this probably won't fit. This costume is for a small dog. I have a 60 lbs Weimaraner who measured out to be Large, but the costume isn't even close. Now I have no idea how I'm going to embarrass him on Halloween.

It goes without saying that I enjoyed this costume more than my dog did. Depsite the fact that I measured him to ensure the right fit, the fit was funky at best. I have a 21 lb. Westie and the costume would not close around his neck (velcro attachments) but it was so large toward the rear that I had to sew it to make it fit better. For what I paid and the fact that he only had to suffer in it for a few hours, it was fine.

Next year I'll look for something that fits a bit better.

This costume would have been great if my dog was a little bit smaller or better shaped for the costume. I think if I had ordered a larger size it would be been too big for him, but I had to stretch the Large out to fit my half lab/half sharpei. The hood didn't really fit his head either, but I do have to say it was a very cute costume and if my dog didn't try to chew it up all the time it would have been perfect haha. Pretty durable material.
