Greater adjustability and you don't have to be a contortionist to get them on. Fifth tab at top has fold back dee so that you can get the top really snug if that's what you like. For sizing, measure around the widest part of calf: Small = 12 1/2 to 13 1/2" Medium = 14" to 15" Large = 15 1/2" to 16 1/2" X-Large = 17" to 18 1/2"

these are tough, durable, and good looking to boot! love the velcro, you can adjust them to wear with jeans, breeches, or whatever. very nice!

My order was expedited in an efficient, timely manner - so the service was top-notch! I had to return the chaps because they were too large, therefore they did not fit my leg and boot properly. They were well made and complimented the overall appearance of my attire. They appeared to be highly functional and I will, no doubt, order another pair in the near future. The credit to my MasterCard was, somewhat, slow, but I did, however, get exactly what was guaranteed at the time of the purchase. My overall experience with this company was very positive.
