This product has the same ingredients as CHI silk but less of the artificial stuff, it's much lighter in my hair. I love it. Doesn't weigh down my hair at all.

I also am using it in my horses manes and tails, I'm having problems with them breaking off and being scraggly. Time will tell, but I love how soft and easy to comb they are after use.

I have 2 Shih Tzu puppies and this detangler gets their hair brushed in under 10mins without any fussing. I even tried it on my natural 4b/4a hair before washing and I was able to get much of the shed hair out without any problems at all.

I use this for getting knots out of my horses tail and mane. It works every time no matter how bad the knot. Just put it on and work it into the knot. Gently start pulling the know apart. I never use a comb or bush. Just my hands. I work it until the knot is completely gone. This stuff is great!!!
