Great to have in your toolkit Jul 20, 2010 This book is great for describing 'recipes' for dealing with aggression in dogs. It's simplistic, which makes it very doable!
My only complaint is that this book is perhaps repetitive in places, but this is probably helpful to novices involved with an aggressive dog.
Great ideas for dog trainers, and workable solutions for dog owners.
excellent ideas Feb 26, 2010 The book has some really good ideas on how to help the overreactive and/ or shy dog. I have already recommended it to a few people. This will always be a good reference book.
helpful book, great service from Amazon Jan 26, 2010 "Click to Calm" is written by one of the best positive reinforcement dog trainers. Full of helpful tips and step by step training to help a reactive or aggressive dog. Best for people who already understand a little about dog training, may be a bit overwhelming to complete novice. Very detailed. Highly recommended! And, Amazon.com was great to deal with- they immediately solved a problem with delivery.
Click to Calm - Healing the Aggressive Dog Oct 28, 2008 Of several excellent dog training books, Click to Calm is right up there with the best. If you have a highly intelligent over-achiever of a dog, there are workable suggestions in this book for helping you and your dog over the rough spots and for bringing out your dog's best qualities.

Excellent training aid! Apr 14, 2008 This book is a must for anyone who's using clicker training to help calm an aggressive or fearful dog. I don't think it will replace a training class, but it's an excellent reference.
