Nice Bird Cage for Small Birds Jan 02, 2008
By Sal B

This cage is perfect for one or two small birds (e.g., parakeets). I like the overall look/design and the fact that it's black so you can 'see' the birds better against the black wire. It a nice size too, except I wish it was a bit deeper, meaning more square in its overall 'footprint' size. The three small sliding doors work very well and the food containers have covers on them to keep out bird mess, etc. (a nice-to-have). The larger door that swings open is great too for rearranging perches, toys, etc. This cage also cleans easily. With the birds still in the cage, you simply 'squeeze' the cage off the plastic base and set it aside. Then clean the base, droppings tray and floor grid separately in the sink, then reverse the process to put it back together. I haven't used the stand. However, it looks like its constructed well, similar to the cage, albeit a bit short in height for a bird cage stand (probably can be about a 1/2 to a foot taller). Overall, a nice buy.

Great cage for the price! Aug 10, 2007
By FloridaMoM This is a great cage for the price. We looked at several other cages at local and nationwide pet stores, all at a much higher price and they did NOT include the stand. The cage was super easy to put together, took me only a couple of minutes. The stand on the other hand was a little more difficult to get together but after looking at the pictures online we figured it out and it was smooth from there. It is a very nice looking cage, good spacing on the bars, and looks like it will hold up well. Ours was packaged fine and arrived within 10 days. Our love bird "Little Peach" is very happy in his new home!

Good cage Dec 16, 2007

This cage did not come with assembly directions but was easy for this girl to assemble by following the picture, only needed a screw driver. The cage is not attached to the stand which makes it easy to take along as a carrier. The stand has castor wheels and is easy to move, also lightweight if you need to carry down steps. The large door makes filling food and water bowls easy. Highly recommend this product.

I love these cages!! Jul 27, 2008
By Connie Moncrief This is the second cage I've bought from Xtreme Cages because I, and my cockatiels, were thrilled with the first one that I bought. The quality of the cages and easy assembly cannot be beat, not to mention the great price. And, they seem to be easier to clean than other cages I have had, as the birdie poop wipes right off. Great cages!

BIT SHAKEY BUT OKAY Nov 02, 2010
By Beulah G. Loucks I just put this cage and stand together. The stand has no instructions and took me 45 minutes to figure it out but it seems sturdy. The cage is a basic wire cage and unfortunately mine came slightly bent so it took some adjusting to fit together. There is also no platform for the cage to sit on it just sits in side the frame of the stand so I've already found out it's easy to topple over when rolling the stand-I suggest using twistie ties to anchor to the stand frame. Over all it would cost more at a local pet store so I'll see how it does. The stand should have instructions to it and the frame has many more holes in it for screws so it's a guessing game. Fit the wire storage bottom first before trying to piece it all.
