Horses, dogs and people Apr 22, 2010

This has long been a popular product used on horses to keep their coats shiny and dust resistant, plus detangle their manes and tails both after washing and between washings. I have never found one better, so when I needed something to help with my very big dog's thick coat I turned to this product. Again, I was very pleased to find it not only helped keep her clean and shiny, it greatly reduced the amount of stuff that clung to her coat when she laid down outside. Her leg feathers and fluffy thick tail were brushable where they hadn't been before.
Well, if it worked so well for both those creatures, why not me? It made its way in the house and has become my after shampoo detangler, keeping my hair manageable and eliminating fly-away. Since my short hair is thin, I use a lot of hair spray to hold its style and sometimes my hair gets pretty much uncombable. A light spritz of this stuff allows me to comb through it again to freshen the style before my next washing.
This size container is large for personal use so I transfer some into a smaller spray bottle for me and keep the large one for the dog and the horses. We all like shiny, tangle free hair and you can't beat this product.

Great for long haired dogs used after a thorough brushing, good bath, and towel dry. Spray on and rub in - let dry, re-brush. Great for less tangling, less matting, and the dog seems to stay cleaner longer!

My groomer swears by this product. My dog is unbelievably soft and fluffy. She is a labradoodle and can get pretty ratty looking. After a bath and spritz she is soft and snugly.

Great for long haired digs May 08, 2011

I originally used this on my horses and then wondered about my dogs, I have long hair collies . It was amazing .When they dry off the dirt just falls off, the coats don't get tangled. No knots behind their ears and chests. Their white fur stays white..
