My 6 year old fuzzy became very ill and stopped eating. After the vets had him hospitalized for 3 days, and he still wouldn't eat, they recommended putting him to sleep. I felt that it wasn't hopeless, and wanted to try whatever I could to get him to eat. I ordered the Ferretvite to help stimulate his appetite.... IT WORKED!!! He has put on 8 ounces and is eating again. Every morning he climbs the outside of his cage to get to the top where I keep it. Then after I give it to him, he goes to his food dish and eats. He also has to take a crushed pill that tasted horrible and he refuses it even though I try to hide it in his favorite treats. I put it in his Ferretvite and he has no clue, and if he does, he obviously doesn't care because he eats it up every time. Yeah.. Thank you, thank you, thank you. Ralphie has a new lease on life because of Ferretvite!

I got this for my young male after reading over the reviews. I've had him on the best of food, so I figured he didn't need a vitamin supplement. I wish I had gotten this sooner! He absolutely loves it, I squeeze a little out of the tube as a treat, and he can keep licking the opening for however long I keep it in reach, even if the paste has long gone.
It makes nail clipping a breeze as well! No more scruffing when it comes time... I just squeezed a bit on his stomach, rubbed it in, and was able to clip front and back claws!
Great as a treat, training tool, a distraction... you name it. All my ferret knows is he can't get enough of it.

I thought sure my ferret's days were numbered when I saw that he suddenly lost his appetite and was all skin & bones. He was a little hesitant to try the FerretVite at first, but now that he's hooked on it, he gets a good capful a day. Now he's almost back to his former weight and his energy level has spiked! I plan on continuing to give it to him, as it not only pumps him full of calories & vitamins--it stimulates his appetite & makes him eat at least as much ferret food as he used to. I'm so glad he'll be bouncing around my living room for awhile longer.

I have a ferret that is old and doesn't have much of an appetite. This has given him a new lease on life. He eats much better now.

MY FERRET WILL ONLY EAT THIS KIND!!! HE IS SICK W/ADRENAL CANCER AND HAS BEEN VERY HEALTHY AND I THINK IT'S THE VITAMIN THAT HELPS HIS HEALTH!!! LISA
