Small dog vitamins Jan 07, 2010

My dog loves these vitamins, but I was unhappy to see that the pills in my recent purchase no longer have a scoring mark, and, because they also seem to be a little softer, when I break them in half (my dog is very small), they tend to crumble. I called the company, and the woman with whom I spoke was exceptionally pleasant and helpful. She didn't know that the scoring was gone but researched this and learned that, while they were moving their facility, they had subcontracted the manufacture of the pills. She sent me replacement bottles and didn't even want me to return the original order. Unfortunately, these new pills also did not contain the scoring mark. I called her back, and she was very surprised but, of course, there was nothing more that she could do. In spite of this situation, I shall continue to give my dog these vitamins since she likes them so well. The "halves" may not be equal, but it all works out. If one half crumbles, my dog just eats the crumbs! I was very impressed with this company and the woman's helpfulness.
